Sunshine Fruit Salad


A happy combination of melons,oranges, and surprisingly tangy Bermuda oranges.

Makes 6 servings.

4 cups broken salad greens
3 cups mixed cantaloupe and honeydew melon balls
2 oranges,peeled and sectioned
3 thin slices Bermuda onion, separated into rings
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dillweed
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon paprika

Procedure:
1. Partly fill a salad bowl with greens; top with melon balls,orange sections and onion rings.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well.
3. Drizzle half over salad; toss lightly to mix. Pass remaining dressing.
