Tomato and Green Chili Sauce


Makes about 1 3/4 cups.

2 medium-size tomatoes, chopped(1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 canned hot green chili peppers, chopped
(2 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Procedure:
Combine ingredients in a small bowl; toss to mix well. Chill 30 minutes or until serving time.
