A touch of Parmesan cheese and a dash of Italian herbs give character to this dressing.
Makes 1 cup.
2/3 cup vegetable oil
½ cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mixed Italian herbs, crumbled
¼ teaspoon pepper
Procedure:
Combine vegetable oil, vinegar, cheese, salt, mixed Italian herbs and pepper in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well. Chill to blend flavors.
