Makes 1 1/4 cups.
3/4 vegetable oil
1/2 cup tarragon-flavored vinegar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1/4 teaspoon leaf basil, crumbled
Procedure:
Shake all ingredients in a screw-top jar.Refrigerate to mellow flavors.Shake again just before pouring over salad.
